NONE. I am over my head. Should I quit now and save some face? My 5 year old HP laptop can barely run these 66 tracks with EQ plugs. I don't think I can run much more plugs. My session is spitting out run time and errors and freezing up lots...
Oh yeah, those of you who have new computers :doubledeuce:

You could try what i did "back in the day".

Submixing sessions. A session with just drums. Just guitars. Just keys. Just vocals. etc
Then a master session with all the submixes in it.

It absolutely BITES for 'organically' mixing as you have to keep going back to the mini
sessions to make changes to drum balance/eq/comp/etc, and its the best example of what
is wrong with mixing ITB but it got the job done. For better or worse.

Or better, find/beg/borrow/steal a console or faster computer.

Or do a faders only/balance mix.

Good luck!

Quitting is not an option. :D

Do a snare and vocals only mix. If you want to be really groovy, you can add kick and bass. The rest is just there to add sound - hopefully without distracting too much from the forementioned elements.

I can't find the funny vocal at the beginning of the MMRS theme -where he finally coughs up when the drum starts in-did we not get this one?

I finally got around to unpacking the files and WTF - 66 tracks!

Stereo butt farts, c'mon guys!

(I keed)

I've never taken on this many tracks at once so putting together a manageable work flow is going to prove to be very interesting....not to mention mixing this mess.

When is the deadline again?

:D

I'm running out of names for tracks. Are there enough 5-letter-combinations to clarify what each of those 66 tracks are doing?
Already thought about giving them phonetic names like "bash" "woosh" "mxrmn"

Maybe you should update your DAW to something more recent?
I'm still waiting for the missing tracks to show up before I start anything, but I already know that there will be a track named 'Heavily autotuned Aardy Vocals'.

Hehehe...
