Ok, it seems like I got one more PT-related prob. :Coolio:

Just yesterday I was editing some sessions in PT, and everything was fine. Today, however, as i try to open the very same sessions, i get a message saying "This session is saved on a volume set to "Transfer" only."

I remember getting this message once when trying to open a session from a DVD. I went into the info window for the project, I still have Read & Write Access, then I went into the info window for the whole folder containing all sessions, made sure it's still Read & Write (it is).

I even tried to hit Ok and save a copy of the session, including all audio files, etc, at which point I get a "HD is not an audio playback volume."

Restarting everything didn't help either.

I just realized that maybe all my PT related threads should go in the MILAR forum...

Milar or not...

go to your Workspace, under Window

Find the T under your A-column and change it into an R

That might work

open up the "Workspace" tab and you can set your drive permissions in there.

You guys are saints. That worked! I was unaware about the "Workspace," last time I was really doing stuff in PT was couple of years ago.

Muchas gracias, amigos!
