I'll be parking my bike right here.
Somebody move that chair.
No, you can't sit on it.
Watch out now, it's still hot.
Yeah, I know, it's so close I could have pushed it. I just like to hear the pipes.

I left that rusty piece of shit over at the old place. Last I saw, the dogs were licking the grill.
I thought we'd just go ahead and build that smoker we've been talking about for so long.
Who's got a flat bed? It's time for a run to the brickyard.

I suppose we could use the afterburners on the Hornet in the interim, but we might have to pass the hat. JP8 ain't cheap.

Hey bubba....did you ever finalize the plans for the meat locker? I still have that side of beef in my freezer and my wife is getting a little pissed. I told her you would have the locker done soon.

Yes, shark can be very tasty on the grill. I do take much offense to the flavor and handling of commercial shark. Why? Because the majority of them are long lined and die well before they are brought aboard to be cleaned. Sharks do this funny thing when they die, they release urine into their flesh thusly spoiling the meat.
Otek caught a 5 foot black tip when he was here, it was fun watching him wrestle with the leviathin.
Mahi is a great fish.
And so is Wahoo.

What do you think the Lemmon Pepper is for? :)
There are a surprising number of marine animals that have defense mechanisms that cause distaste or even death.
Most commercially caught fish are substandard for various reasons.
Fresh Fish is good stuff...

I've had some of that bad shark myself and it tasted like..something I even have too much class to describe.
Give me a frozen burrito wrapped in foil and I'll set it between my cylinders for 5 minutes and be quite happy.

Yeah most commercial fish sucks.
Not all, but shark is one fish that requires quick cleaning or it tastes like piss. I worked on charter boats that fished quite frequently for shark in the NE from the banks down to the canyons off of Montauk and learned a lot from some real pros (read Mundus). So besides free gaffing 250 pound "green" Makos, turning your back on a Thresher and other various and sundry stoopid moves, the biggest and the best was to wait for an "eating" shark to die before gutting it. The bigger the fish, the longer one can wait, but the small ones get skanky real quick.

Yeah Gabby, fresh tuna is great.
For Sashimi, it's always best to let the fresh Tuna "relax" overnight. Tis muscle afterall...
