Props Charles. Great gesture.

I have one small request to the moderators on this issue...
Can the order be moved so our forums appear fist in the Cape section, followed by Magnetic and then Womb?

Sorry for being a pompous ass!

Fine by me. Not sure how the order is decided. I'll see what I can do.

Thanks, WS!

Just listening to the songs, man, you have a kick ass songwriter.
Fantabulous!
/me mucho liky!

And I like the way Charles is driving that thing forward (remember,
this guy has a day job).
Seems he has produced a band or two before.

I'm very interested to hear what will happen with "Away". It'll be interesting to A/B the demo with the CAPE version. I like what was done with "Afraid" in a past CAPE.
After CAPE, I'd like to see a collab. on "Missionary".

Yo Fizbin!

I just heard your original demo for "Away".

It kicked my ass, in a very cool Cheap Trick kinda way.

Great Tune!

I doubt it. Yeah, it's a cool song, but once those hacks get their grubby paws on it...ouch!

Dear Team Magnetic.

It has recently come to my attention that your team banner is attempting to subtly imply an association with God's one and only Team, the glorious Montreal Canadiens.

Since the end of the First World War God's Team, the Montreal Canadiens, have used the red "C" as the emblematic sign of goodness incarnate. The "C" also features the letter "H" inside the letter "C".

To enlightened people everywhere, the logo of God's Team, the Montreal Canadiens, is a symbol of tremendous religious and cultural significance. In fact it is quite likely the purist and most desirable sign of goodness in the entire universe.

Using this symbol to promote your endeavor is a grave insult to our creator. Nowhere in your threads do any of you pledge allegiance to the Habs yet you are all happily trading on their sacred logo.

I cannot imagine even the kindest of Gods or the most moderate of moderators NOT being upset and as such politely ask you to modify your banner.

Thank-you for your attention regarding this disturbing development.

Cheers,
RocketRichardVArk

Rather, I think this is the Womb equivalent of the image of Jesus or Mary showing up on a piece of toast. You are either seeing what you want to see or it is truly a sign from above. Either way this bodes well for team Magnetic. Our banner should fetch a nice price on eBay. May Jean Beliveau have mercy on your soul.

Wrong.

There is CLEARLY a "C" with a small "H" in it as the team members names meet the team name.

Look again closely.

Take serious note.

We are talking the Habs here.

You might want to ask Goes about this. He designed our fine banner. Minus some conspiring on his part, it must otherwise be divine intervention.

Jay

P.S. No one on team Magnetic has the Photoshop chops to fix it. You may have to live with the blasphemy.

Yeah, but when the Monolith explodes, we're gonna leave behind a big flaming Lucifer.

I just hope Zoesch doesn't hold to his threat of writing a Hampton Hamster dance tune.

On the other hand, that might work...

Let me get my glasses........... Nope. Looks like a horseshoe magnet.

Uh......not going to happen. Loved watching the skill grit and sheer determination that was Guy Carbonneau and Kirk Muller during their outstanding tenure here, I cannot, in good conscience condone their outsourcing to the Habs. As far as the allegiance pledging goes, I'd have to say

GO STARS!!

Since I fully expect to be roasted alive anyway, let me reiterate:

GO STARS!!!!!!

Hello?

Tock tock tock...

It's a bit quiet over here!

Can't we have some long ass people bashing like the other CAPE
team?
Or at least a little disagreement on when the recording of the
first tracks should start.

It's quite entertaining when Charles tries to explain his point
of view, see 'Charles in action' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsBC5C5ERho)

If Team Magneto doesn't go for Aardy's "bizarre" mix, we best
get to hear it anyway..
I'd LOVE to hear his take on it compared to the original. :)
