I'm currently selling this piece for the amount in the title, which includes shipping within the US. I'll take images of the device and it's accessories this weekend. Speaking of accessories, it comes with the whole lot: disc, cable, manual, the Fireface itself, et cetera. The condition is excellent, through and through.

Images. Disregard the omission of the TOSLINK cable, rack ears and the little black optical port cap (ADAT #2 OUT) in the photo. Those are actually included, I just forget to put them in the photo.
