This is a collaboration with a lovely composer based in Dijon, France...David Chochoi...After hearing something I did with a friend drum and bass player, David sent me a very professionally arranged and orchestrated backing track asking for a witch themed song...So this is what I came up with, lyrics, melody line, bvs and children's laughter...This is a nice witch, she casts a spell on the children in the village...their parents are too serious and she wants them to enjoy themselves more...it is a laughing spell. To be played on a grey winter day...:)
I hope you enjoy it, as you can hear I certainly did...:)

Archtop and Emtou2u...Thankyou both for checking this out...it does bring a smile to one's face doesn't it? I do enjoy character songs...I will write some more.
And David has done some great film tracks, you can find links to his sites if you google his name.
Archtop...Opera...well sometimes.... I specialise in a light classical repertoire recitals, particularly French and American and English crossing over into standards...But what I write is more towards Blues/ballad and traditional French folk music...I also dabble in RnB and DnB given half a chance...(unusual mix of classic meets DnB...lolol) I'll post one soon. And will check your postings over the weekend.
Nice place you have here.
