I'm glad someone had the presence of mind to give the kid a set of ear protectors. He'll thank them when he's thirty.

The other guy was like, "Dude, if I hit this cymbal really hard, no one will notice the half dozen flubs I just made in the last five seconds!"

That second guy reminded me of a friend of mine. Great guy, plays the bass very well but can't drum worth a shit. :D

Yeah! Two things I liked. One was the phones. Two was that he looked like he was having a great time.

As to the other guy- that's not ADHD, its NFST- no fucking sense of time!

The kid was better than his bass player. He had a nice steady meter and didn't try to do too much.

That other guy . . . errr. I always wonder if people like that never watch their own videos? Talk about horrible meter! The tempo varied from beat to beat. I bet he buys his pants without pockets.

Almost forgot...

what do you think are the best ad/da converters for pants nowadays? The LeviSound has more of that vintage warmth, though sounds best after you shrink the sound a little, but the GapISound sounds so 'new.' There are of course, other vendors.

Ya Webs, I believe it could. It's amazing what folks can do if they don't treat practice like a four letter word.

Re the pants, I believe that Steve Albini gets his Here (http://www.dogfunk.com/dogfunk/ANL0036/Analog-Clothing-Rally-Wide-Wale-Pant-Mens.html?mv_pc=r147&CP=%20NexTag&CMP=SPC-NexTag&ATT=ANL0036-rallywidewalepant-mens&GCID=C14966x013&keyword=ANL0036+rally+wide+wale+pant+mens&CMP_ID=SH_NXT003) However, I haven't found any that are better than the LeviSound. With the full analog I have to consider alignment when I dress which is a pain. Plus, in a crowded and noisy environment I'm finding nobody can really tell the difference. I also hear that Digi Design will be coming out with Digi-Jeans 003. I think that this one will do well. Personally I hated the converters in the 002 but I think it was big with a lot of folks who thought loosing the bottom octave was a feature.
