Lol yeh. ez drummer rocks though. Especially since i dont have a kit.The drums track's just a stereo bouncedown until I get the guitars finished. I dont have a MIDI keyboard yet so had to program them . Gotta still do more tweaking on the details.

Glad you like the guitars. Thats an Epihone Les Paul running into a Zoom 505II into the line in of my onboard sound card:lol:. All the amps and stuff were amplitube. Im using all the cheats in the book on this one...

OK its kinda done.

I thought I'd give a bit of background on myself so you guys know where i'm coming from...
This is my 4th mix, second since moving to Cubase from Cakewalks Guitar Tracks. I'm only doing this as a hobby at the moment, I would love to study AE but financial restrictions prevent me from moving to the nearest city (Adelaide or Melbourne, I'm in mildura, right on the VIC, NSW, SA border for you aussies out there).

All done by my myself, so feel free to comment on anything that shits/impresses you about the mix, performance, arrangement etc.

EDIT: it REALLY needs vocals. I tried to leave nice 'hole' for them to sit but its hard without having them there to hear the difference. I dont have a mic, and have never mixed vocals but im dying to give it a crack. Maybe some nice fellow is willing to help a budding AE learn the ropes and lay down a track for me

that's cool!!!

- hey you should buy a nice analog EQ to add to that guitar chain - then you can add some brightness to the guitars - they are a lill muddy right now -
