I like how Ciletti adds the disclaimer "This is not a shoot-out!" at the top.

Unlike some others, he at least seems to have a clue what in good conscience can be called a shootout.... :D

As for the technique, an interesting alternative.

Originally, it wouldn't qualify as a "shootout" unless someone was wounded or killed.
