What's all that stuff on Slippy's radio?

You see, I can't make sense of the purpose of the different MP3s posted on the radio without reading a lot of threads or downloading and listening all of the stuff.

For example, I want to listen to the CAPE II mixing installments from the beginning ... what should I download first? the part 1 snippets? there are tons of things there.

What I am trying to say is ...

Could somebody please post a sticky describing the content of each installment in the radio?
