I actually had the idea to do that, but then Team Womb started posting videos so I just kinda let it fizzle.

The really sad thing is that there's another twelve squirreled away in cases, and that's not counting my wife's stash :icon_eek:

Yup.
One guy I know of in Singapore had 150+ guitars in a 1200 Sq Ft apartment.
Another guy I know has been known to buy so much crap off of EBay that his sister in Seattle sent him a threatening email telling him to ship it out here pronto or she was putting it all out with the trash. She wanted to use her garage again :D
I will stress though that I haven't really been trying that hard. They just sort of accumulated. I mean, once you get past ten or so they just seem to breed...

Depending on your persuasion, you can never have too many snare drums of guitars. Cymbals fit in this category too!
Very cool and great playing, Tim. It's always great to see how another drummer does it.
How do you mic when tracking and what's you input chain? I'm limited to 4 mics, so I (kinda) use the Glyn Johns method with 2 overheads, kick, and snare.

Well for the cape project I used 10 channels...
Kick-Beta52
Snare Top-SM57
Snare Bottom-SM57
Toms 1,2,3,4- Sennheiser MD504's
Hihat-SM94
Overheads-Audio Technica 3040's I think.
I soon moving the studio out to a dedicated building, where I'm looking forward to messing with room mics, which I've never really had the chance with smaller rooms. The Signal chain is mics into a Mackie 1604VLZ Pro which I only use for the preamps and I plug into the inserts in the mixer and go directly into my MOTU 2408 into Digital Performer.
