I would test this out for myself, but i'm not going to have the time to set up a drumkit and record for some time, and when i do i won't have the luxury of experimenting, so I'm hoping someone already knows how to do this...
let's say i record 8 tracks of drums, doing 4 takes. i want my comp edits to apply to all of the tracks, not just the region i'd have selected.
i could have swore the one time i tried this really quick, it only applied the comp to one track. the logic manual dosen't clearly show how to do this either.
my only guesses are that i have to assign all the tracks to a group and check the "editing" box in the group pref's, or select all the regions and open the take folders and see if the swipes affect all regions. (shrugging shoulders)
anyone got the real answer?
thanks.
