I Just Need Some Quick Advice Please!

Could anyone help me further understand the difference between these two sets of DigiMAX Preamps:

I'm wondering how worth-the-money the uprgaded version would be.

The LT one only goes up to 48kHz.

I think that's the only difference.
Comes down to whether or not you need 96kHz.

That's why I find it odd that the LT is more expensive.
