Yeah, I have to do some "on locations" recording, I was thinking about making my headphones premixes with the Cuemix software of my Motu 192.
I will need at least 4 different balances.
So I was thinking about small individual preamps for headphones, one volume pots, nothing more.
Someone knows a fair manufacturer for these ?

Malice, by "4 different balances", do you mean that you need individual mixing capabilities on each box? Or just headphone amps?
I've used the ARX Ear Drivers (http://www.arx.com.au/audibox-ear-driver.htm) for a couple of projects and thought they sounded good. They are also very crankable, and from what I could tell of the construction, seemed almost indestructible.

No, I'll do the balance with Cue mix
These box are about what I was looking for.
How much are they ?

Haven't been able to reach any of the two places around here who have them, but my guess is, around 200€ each, street.
Someone here told me the Presonus HP-4 was very decent for the price, but I haven't tried that.

I've got an Alesis Micro Cue amp (2 ch headphone amp in 1/3rd of a rack space w/wall wart power) over by the drums in my room so the drummer can adjust his overall volume (no ability to levels of individual instrument with this box) without having to get up.
It works great. Small. Loud if needed. Much better at volume than a number of (cheapish) headphone amps I've used.
They haven't been made in a while. Have to pick them up used (e-Bay?). Can't imagine anyone would get more than 25-50 bucks for one.

Malice, I'll make them for you. In fact, I have a pile of headphone amp modules here that came out of Teac tape recorders that we got the decommissioning of. However many you need, I'll box them and send them to you, battery or PSU operated. Call me.
