OK, let me start by saying I am actually at the day job right now. On Christmas morning. In the Operations Center. I'm not terribly happy about it, but if I don't work I don't get paid for the day off.
I was fighting to keep breakfast down by the time he was in the middle of his "hooray for being ignorant" line.
