Is there a utility conversion software to convert avi, jpeg, wma to .mtv for mac ?

.mtv??? maybe Discreet Cleaner 6 or Apple Compressor(comes with Final Cut).

Must admit, hadn't heard about that file format before, but it appears to be used in players made in China, the majority of them seem to have conversion apps with them. Try expanding the search to Windows apps...

What's .mtv? I've never heard of that one! We've got Episode Pro on the Mac which can convert between just about all video formats and a scan of its manual pdf shows no such suffix as .mtv.

I reciently had to do an AVI conversion. I purchased the Quick time Pro download. I think it was $40.00, and I believe there were many different conversions available. MTV as a format, doesn't ring a bell

Right then. So it appears that the free FFMpeg might do the job. The wiki entry at least says that it reads .mtv so it might write it as well. At least you're another step closer!
