Sushi I think the honeymoon with Drummer is over

Not that I'm bored with Drummer... I just miss banging some of the rhythms out on the pads as well as programming and fine tuning them. I'll probably use Drummer when I just feel like playing an instrument and I have templates set up for them. However, sometimes I just gotta play and do it myself.

At least I can say that I learned a few things from turning some of those regions into MIDI regions.

What I love about Drummer is that it's fast. If I need something fast, it's awesome. If I have a little time or I'm looking for something very specific, I'll program.

90% of the time though, I'll use fill loops from whatever I'm programming.

Oh no doubt that it is quick and easy to get something going if I just want to play an instrument.

I've just been longing to tap out a bunch of rhythms lately. I have a lot of fun doing it. Perhaps it was the inspiration coming from a newfound love for the BFD2 library within BFD3 (I never liked the BFD2 library before, but I found a decent kit piece combo that is driving me). It just makes me want to play the rhythms instead of just manipulate them.
