    So...I have some questions...

Do you, or did you work for Formidable Audio?

Do you, or did you work for Turbosound?

If the Flashlight rig has "upgraded drivers"...then is it still technically a Flashlight rig as supplied by the factory?

What did you hope would happen by posting a link to a British sound reinforcement company's blog where they bang on about how good they are, here?

I think most of us are well aware that a line array is not always the best system in every situation, but an ageing, modified point source rig may not always be the best alternative.

    Cheers,
    Tim
Don't forget, we are all engaged in a battle to the death against mediocrity.

The best radio mic system that money can buy is ALMOST as good as a $20 cable.

One of the most important things to remember about sound is:
'Sucks' is always conducted better than 'Rules'. - Pimp-X wisdom

Never underestimate the power of stupid - Blackie C (RIP)

Ego and talent seldom go hand in hand... Talent and humble on the other hand... - Zoesch

Weedy ignores this simple bit of glaring obviousness because he is an "ELECTRIC BASS GUITARIST"(coughcough)
and views the kick drum as a "bass riff rhythmic pattern suggestion generator" - Slipperman

    Hi Tim,

I don't and have not worked for Formidable audio, however I do know Brandon, who wrote the blog.

I don't work for Turbosound and never have. I'll admit I'm pretty young and inexperienced.

Therefore I can't answer the question regarding the upgraded drivers.

I'm not sure I thoroughly thought out the repercussions of posting the blog here, I now regret not supplying some background. I merely read the blog, found it interesting, and thought some one here would find it interesting too.

I'd be game to hear the new Flashlight boxes.
