    Sounds to me like a combo of delay and flange. If you're reffering to the into vox, it almost sounds like some sort of auto wah with flange and delay. Hope this helps.

    I'm pretty sure the beginning is doubled with a wah guitar.
    After that nothing especially flashy going on in the vox, effects wise...
